Planting & Care
Plant Cryptocoryne becketii with the roots buried in the substrate while keeping the crown just above the substrate surface. A nutrient-rich substrate or root tabs will help support strong root development.
Cryptocoryne can sometimes experience “Crypt melt” when introduced to a new aquarium or when conditions change significantly. This is normal for many Cryptocoryne and the plant can regrow once it adapts to its new environment.
