Our Rotala 'bonsai' tissue culture plants are carefully removed from their containers just before shipping and packaged in zip lock bags to reduce shipping costs. This compact and moderate growing plant is a smaller version of Bacopa caroliniana, making it perfect for small aquariums. Plant it in small groups and trim it regularly for a denser appearance.

Under high light, the tips of the stems may turn reddish, while lower light will result in larger leaves and a less compact plant. Rotala 'bonsai' is ideal for nano-aquariums and is cultivated in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
